Shipping Policy

📍KayWay Shop business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am – 5pm (HOLIDAY'S & WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED) Any orders placed after 5pm will be counted on the next business day. Please allow us between 2-7 business days for all orders to be processed.

📍We offer standard shipping for all orders. All orders will be packaged and fulfilled in the order in which they were placed.  Orders will process within 2-7 business days from your order date. Delivery to you can take an additional 5-10 business days, based upon your location.

📍Please be advised that some orders may take longer if the particular product that you order is not in stock! Meaning you may receive your package within 5-20 business days.

All personalized products could take between 3 to 4 weeks to receive not including our process time. 

All sale items, shoes, Jewelry, and personalized jewelry sells are final. Meaning there are no refunds or store credit due to these being personal products. 

 Missing Packages:

📍 We advise all of our customers to add our shipping insurance in case your package has been lost or stolen. Please be advise a thorough investigation will be conducted before make any decisions!

 📍Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been place so, please be sure to provide us with the correct information.
