Shipping Information

  • Shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks if there are no delays. Weekends and Holidays are not included in this timeframe.
  • Please understand that we can experience delays. 
  • Once your order ship, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
  •   Please check your spam folder for email confirmation, shipping, and any other emails from our shop. 
  • KayWay Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking number updates with the tracking information or has delivered scanned on it, it is out of our hands. 
  • We do purchase the fastest shipping route to get all orders out as fast as we can. We cannot say if a shipment will experience a delay because some delays are beyond our control. 
  • If your order has already shipped while a delay occurs, you will need to contact the postal office.

Cancelled orders:

If you cancel your order, you will be charged a restocking fee that’s 40% of the total amount you paid for your order. 

Chargebacks:
If you create a chargeback or cancel an order you will no longer be able to purchase from KayWay Shop!

Returns:

If you purchase and decide you no longer want the item, you will be responsible to shipping the items back to us and you will be charged a restocking fee.
