  • At the moment we are not issuing any refunds or exchanges. We are working hard to keep the spread of COVID-19 to a minimum. To protect you and our employees we can issue any exchanges. We hope you understand the reason behind this policy. 
  • If an item happen to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (24) hours after delivery. Any damages or defective items reported after the (24) hour timeframe will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the damaged products upon arrival in a email before requesting a refund.
  • Due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer any exchanges. Please be sure that you are purchasing the correct item before checking out.
