Shipping Information

• Shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks if there are no delays. Weekends and Holidays are not included in this timeframe.
• Please understand that we can experience delays. 
• Once your order ship, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
•   Please check your spam folder for email confirmation, shipping, and any other emails from our shop. 
• KayWay Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Cancelled orders:

If you cancel your order, you will be charged a restocking fee that’s 40% of the total amount you paid for your order. 

Chargebacks:
If you create a chargeback or cancel an order you will no longer be able to purchase from KayWay Shop!

Returns:

If you purchase and decide you no longer want the item, you will be responsible to shipping the items back to us and you will be charged a restocking fee.
